On Monday June 17th, the registration page will close, but it will still be possible to register on site on Monday June 19th (workshops day) and Tuesday June 20th.

Registration to FIMH 2023 includes

  • participation to the conference
  • lunches, drinks etc. during the breaks
  • the social event on Wednesday evening (see below)
  • the welcome event on Tuesday evening (see below)
  • free access to the conference proceedings (download link provided by Springer)

Social event on Wednesday (June 21st)

The social event consists in a gala dinner that will be held at Grand Réfectoire du Grand Hôtel-Dieu.

Besides, June 21st is the National Music Day ("Fête de la Musique") in France, with many free live music events everywhere, so this centric location will be perfect to enjoy the live music city centre before and after the gala dinner.

Extra conference dinner tickets (for Wednesday evening) can also be purchased on the registration page, for 110 € / additional person.

For oral presentations: Presenters of selected papers who cannot travel will be allowed to send a recorded version of their presentation, but will be asked to connect remotely for a live discussion just after their presentation. Nevertheless, we encourage that one researcher from their group can be onsite to prevent any connection and  presentation issues.

For poster presentations: one co-author should be onsite to present the poster, otherwise it won't be possible to interact on your work.

 

Student stipends

The French network of in vivo imaging for biomedical research, France Life Imaging (FLI), offers 10 registrations for PhD or postdoctoral students, preferably affiliated to a French Laboratory, to present their work at the FIMH conference.
To apply, please send to fimh2023@sciencesconf.org the reference of the paper that you are to present at the conference, a short letter and a CV by April 28, 2023.

Visa to enter France

We will only issue "letters of invitation" to facilitate obtaining VISA to the authors/co-authors of accepted papers ! Information are available here:
